Vinyl liner pools have changed a lot of the years. While we still offer traditional features such as polymer steps and stainless-steel ladders however there are more options than ever before.
A sun shelf gives you around 12” of water to add chairs and relax without having to be fully immersed in the pool. We can create sun shelves in countless configurations and create a gathering space.
We still offer the traditional polymer step. However, steps can be built as part of the pool and customized.
Exiting the deep end can now be accomplished by building a bench within the pool instead of a traditional stainless- steel ladder. Benches can also run the entire length or width of the pool to create another gathering space.
Bordless Patterns – In place of a traditional liner with a border that looks like tile. Bordless patterns are available creating a uniform look at the water line.
SureStep – Liner manufactures now have the ability to add textured material to typically slippery surfaces. When we order our liners, SureStep is added to key areas of the pool like steps, benches and sun shelves.
A lot of other pool companies will make the clients manage the project. At Fronheiser we can make the project as turnkey as you would like from permitting to final inspection and everything in between.
Gary Geissler is in charge of our entire construction division. He ensures that your project runs smoothly.
Alan Kummerer has relationships with most townships and intimate knowledge of what is required. From set-backs to stormwater he knows what it takes to make sure the project meets code. Also in charge of new pool orientations, he completes on- site education of the individual pool’s water chemistry and equipment and delivers a bound instruction book with owner’s manuals.
We utilize the same project management software that is used in the housing industry to ensure that your project finishes on time at to the specification that we committed to.
When it comes to your vinyl liner pool, rest assured that a majority of the pool building process will be completed by full-time Fronheiser Pools’ employees. There are limited sub-contractors with our vinyl liner pools. This allows us to control the schedule and quality of work. We dig the hole, install the polymer walls, form the bottom, install the steps along with measuring and installing your custom liner. When a sub-contractor is brought in; we have worked with them on countless projects. They know our pools’, our expectations and we know them.
We customize your pool’s plumbing system to make maintaining your pool easier, keeping it cleaner and safer. Instead of flexible PVC that can kink and clog, we use 2 inch rigid PVC .
Drains – Most pool builders will use two drains when we use three. This not only keeps the pool cleaner but, safer.
Skimmers – Most pool builders will place the skimmer where it is closest to the pool equipment. We strategically place the skimmer opposite of western prevailing winds and will add a second when necessary.
Return Jets – Most pool builders will install two return jets. When we will install a minimum of four, that are strategically placed where dirt, debris and leaves collect the most.
Fronheiser Pools uses durable polymer walls instead of rust prone steel walls. The polymer used in our vinyl liner pools is also used in sports equipment and by the automobile and aircraft industries because of its superior strength and durability. Even polymer coated steel walls will become damaged during the back-filling process; exposing the steel. Wall material has become even more important with the addition of salt water generators. Our polymer wall system comes with a lifetime structural warranty, giving you peace of mind and fewer worries. Our polymer wall system warranty is both non-prorated and transferable to new owners.
Most pool builders do not have a service department. Our fleet of eleven trucks and twenty-two factory trained technicians is one the nation’s largest. Our service team is exclusively reserved for new and existing pool customers. We can provide repairs and maintenance after the pool has been built including; openings, closings, weekly maintenance, equipment replacements along with liner and winter cover replacements. After all, we do know the pool better than anyone else.
Pool Openings: We offer comprehensive expert swimming pool openings. During our exhaustive pool opening service, we remove your pool’s winter cover, remove your pool’s winterization plugs, add the appropriate chemicals for your pool’s needs, and assemble and restart your pool’s filtration and other equipment.
